NMAPA is committed to helping each student develop their musical potential and aesthetic understanding for music.
NMAPA's Chorus/Music Technology program will help each student learn how to develop skills and performance techniques by singing alone and with others, a varied repertoire of music for enjoyment and appreciation.
Proper use of microphones, understanding live audio amplifications and recording techniques; how to store digital audio and video as it relates to music technology are included in our lesson plans; all of which are in compliance with Georgia Performance Standards For Fine Arts And Music Education.

NMAPA's music repertoire will also include original music composed by NMAPA's Music Specialist, Mr. Dennis Byrd; an accomplished musician, recording artist/producer, vocal coach, award-winning composer and audio/video forensic specialist.
